Elva Wang, the founding attorney, is experienced in EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), family-based immigration, O-1 Visa, and H-1B Visa. She has successfully helped numerous clients from a variety of research, medical, business, media, and arts fields get their immigrant and non-immigrant petitions approved.
After completing her high school education at the High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University (北京师范大学附属中学) in Beijing, Elva came to the U.S. to attend college at Boston University (波士顿大学) and pursue her doctorate degree at the University of Houston Law Center (休斯顿大学法学院). She received legal training and participated in highly-publicized cases in the litigation and arbitration department of Dacheng Law Offices, a multinational law firm, as well as at the Texas Medical Board, a government agency.

Yuki received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (明尼苏达大学双城分校). He also earned his Master in Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis (圣路易斯华盛顿大学) and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California, Davis (加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校). Because of his academic excellence in law school, Yuki was awarded the Witkin Award and the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He has extensive experience in immigration law.

Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Anthropology, and Sociology from Kalamazoo College (卡拉马祖学院). She also received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Case Western Reserve University (凯斯西储大学) School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, in recognition of her academic distinction, she was consistently named to the Dean's Honor List and received CALI Awards in Immigration Law, Asylum Law, Professional Responsibility, and Evidence. In addition, she was selected as a National Jurist 2024 Law Student of the Year, recognizing her academic excellence, leadership, initiative, and commitment to immigration service. She has extensive experience handling immigration cases.
