Ge 'Elva' Wang is a seasoned immigration attorney, with hundreds-of-cases experience in immigration law. She is experienced in EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), family-based immigration, O-1 Visa: Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement, and H-1B Visa. She has successfully helped numerous clients from a variety of research, medical, business, media, and arts fields get their immigrant and non-immigrant petitions approved. In the course of managing this high volume of applications, Elva soon realized that custom-tailored EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW and O-1 strategies always achieved better results than using a one-size-fits-all template approach, which inspired her to establish her own law firm.
Elva was born in Beijing, China. After completing her high school education at the High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University (北京师范大学附属中学) in Beijing, Elva came to the U.S. for college at Boston University (波士顿大学) and doctorate degree at the University of Houston Law Center (休斯顿大学法学院). She had legal training and participated in highly-publicized cases at the litigation and arbitration department of Dacheng Law Offices (大成律师事务所), the world's largest law firm by number of lawyers, and the Texas Medical Board, a government agency. From early 2017 to early 2019, Elva worked as an attorney and played a leading role in a Houston-based immigration law firm, and completed hundreds of immigration cases.
